Hi, I'm Sam.

Fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Mum of three neurodivergent girls. And someone who truly understands chaos, sensory overload and how important it is to find a bit of ‘me time’ in the day!
I’ve spent years in the fitness industry helping people transform their physical health - but what matters most to me is what happens beyond that.
For me, fitness has always been my therapy. It’s the tool I use to manage my own mental health struggles and find my focus, as well as improving myself physically. I wanted to create a space where you don’t have to "mask" or feel out of place.
I want you to leave every session feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger.
