Mindful Fitness
We do a mix of cardio and weight work so you get maximum training and results from each session with us.
We start and finish each session with warm ups and cool downs to help prevent any injuries. Then we'll usually set up a few different exercise stations so everyone gets a taste of everything - and we mix everything up every day so there's always lots of variety.
That might be cardio (think battle ropes, sprints, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc), free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells), weight-lifting (trapbars, barbells) and loads more.
We've got plenty of equipment so there's always more than enough to go round.
And we can adjust and modify all the exercises so you can work at your own pace, to your own levels, all personally guided by our trainer.
