Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm a fully qualified trainer and coach and I've been in the fitness industry for years, helping people achieve their goals - while still enjoying the fun things in life.

 

As a busy ADHD mum of three, I know how difficult it can be to juggle fitness with day-to-day life. And I also know the enormous benefits of fresh air, good music, fun exercise and a fully supportive community.

 

That's why I set up Mindful Fitness.
